The Esports World Cup 2026 Korea Qualifier for League of Legends, running May 4-26, pits nine LCK teams in a double-elimination bracket—excluding auto-qualified defending champions Gen.G—to secure two main event spots via Bo3 matches (Bo5 for finals), with seeding from ongoing LCK Round 1 results. KT Rolster leads LCK Spring standings at 5-0 (10-2 map differential), followed closely by Hanwha Life Esports (4-1, 8-3), fueling trader focus on their momentum amid Week 2 upsets like Gen.G's win over T1. Perennial powers T1 and DRX maintain competitive rosters and head-to-head edges, while patch adaptations and final LCK fixtures before qualifiers could reshape bracket paths in this closely contested field.
