Dplus dropped from the upper bracket after dominating Can You Be My Enemy 2-0 on April 3 but suffering a 0-2 upset loss to CAG Osaka on April 10, exposing vulnerabilities in their international roster featuring Faallz, Nearz, Muzi, Levy, and Mity. Help Us LFO, meanwhile, lost narrowly 1-2 to Kinotrope Gaming in upper quarterfinals on March 27 before rebounding with a convincing 2-0 win over BNK FEARX on April 3. Stable lineups and the current Rainbow Six Siege meta emphasizing map control on standard pools like Lair and Chalet set up a competitive clash reflecting both teams' inconsistent playoff form.
