Napoli's commanding three-point lead over AC Milan and six-point cushion over Juventus after 32 Serie A matches drives the 88% trader consensus for their second-place finish, solidified by a crucial 1-0 victory over Milan on April 6 via Matteo Politano's late goal, leapfrogging them into the position. Recent stumbles, including Milan's 0-3 loss to Udinese and Atalanta's 0-1 defeat to Juventus, have widened the gaps amid six games remaining, with Napoli facing a favorable run-in against mid-to-lower table opponents like Parma, Cremonese, and Pisa (average opponent rank 11.5). Challengers like Milan and Juventus confront tougher fixtures, including head-to-head clashes, but a Napoli collapse—multiple dropped points combined with rivals' perfect runs—could realistically erode the edge before the May finale.

In the event of a tie, this market will resolve to the team officially recognized by Serie A as finishing in second place. If multiple teams are officially awarded second place, the market will resolve to the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to finish 2nd in the 2025-2026 Serie A season (e.g. they are mathematically unable to achieve enough points), the market will resolve to "No".
If the 2025-2026 Serie A season is cancelled, postponed after May 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no 2nd place team declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.
The primary resolution source will be official information from Serie A. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
