The tight clustering of implied probabilities around 25–29% for Alexander Domínguez, Amer Sharaf, Mathew Ryan, and Mohamed El-Shenawy reflects the highly competitive field for most clean sheets at the 2026 World Cup. Expanded to 48 teams, the tournament features numerous groups with uneven opposition, allowing several mid-tier or defensively organized sides to advance deep into the group stage or beyond while conceding few goals. Goalkeeper selection, team defensive structure, and schedule congestion all add variability, with no single nation holding a clear edge in expected clean-sheet volume. Historical patterns show that even strong favorites can concede unexpectedly, keeping the market bunched as traders weigh these situational factors.
