Lautaro Martínez holds a commanding lead in the Serie A Capocannoniere race with 16 goals after 31 matchdays, five clear of challengers Anastasios Douvikas and Nico Paz on 11 apiece for Como, fueling trader consensus at 93.5% implied probability amid Inter Milan's dominant table-topping run with 68 points. His recent red-hot form, including goals in key wins like against Cremonese, has widened the gap despite a mild left calf strain sidelining him for the past week—targeted return late April against favorable fixtures like Cagliari. Realistic challenges include a prolonged injury absence overlapping the final seven matchdays or an improbable scoring explosion from pursuits like Kenan Yildiz or Marcus Thuram, but the five-goal buffer and Inter's title-securing schedule make upsets unlikely.

If the listed player finishes as the sole top goal scorer in the 2025–26 Serie A season, the market will resolve to "Yes". Otherwise, it will resolve to "No".
Only goals scored in Serie A matches will count. Goals scored in other competitions (e.g., Coppa Italia, Champions League, Europa League, international matches) will not count for this market.
If multiple players tie for the top goal scorer, the market will resolve to the player whose last name comes first alphabetically.
If the 2025–26 Serie A season is canceled or not completed by August 1, 2026, the market will resolve to "Other".
The primary resolution source will be official statistics from Serie A soccer. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
