Mercedes leads the 2026 Constructors’ Championship by a wide margin after multiple early-season victories and consistent double points finishes, driven by strong race pace and qualifying results from both Kimi Antonelli and George Russell under the new regulations. Their car has delivered repeated podiums and wins across varied circuits, outpacing Ferrari and McLaren in aggregate scoring while rivals struggle with development consistency and occasional reliability setbacks. Trader consensus reflects this sustained advantage through the first half of the 24-race calendar, with Mercedes accumulating far more points than any other constructor. Late-season shifts remain possible if major upgrades from Ferrari or McLaren close the gap, or if Mercedes encounters repeated mechanical issues that erode their buffer in the remaining Grands Prix.
