Maxime Chazal faces 18-year-old Ziga Sesko in the M15 Frankfurt quarterfinal on clay, a matchup pitting the French veteran’s experience against the Slovenian prospect’s rising trajectory. Sesko enters on strong recent form after straight-sets wins in the draw and junior Grand Slam success, including the 2026 Australian Open boys’ singles title, which underscores his improving consistency and court coverage. Chazal advanced with a tight three-set victory over Tim Hammes and earlier results on the ITF circuit but faces a significant age and athletic gap on a surface that rewards movement. With no prior head-to-head meetings, traders weigh Sesko’s momentum and physical edge against Chazal’s tactical familiarity at this level. The implied probabilities reflect broad market consensus on the younger player’s advantages in this elimination setting.
