The Angels sit at 10-10, third in the AL West with potent offense (32 home runs, 105 runs scored), while the Blue Jays limp in at 7-11, fifth in the AL East with a 1-5 road record and depleted roster—George Springer (10-day IL, toe), Addison Barger (10-day IL), Jose Berrios (15-day IL), and recent catcher Alejandro Kirk thumb surgery adding uncertainty. Angels' home form (3-3) and key returns like Kirby Yates could further tilt dynamics amid early-season volatility.
