Christian Yelich's placement on the 10-day IL (retroactive to April 13) with a left groin strain—projected to sideline him until mid-May—delivers a major blow to the Brewers' lineup, joining Jackson Chourio (hand) and Andrew Vaughn (hand) on the injured list. Toronto (6-8, AL East) continues a nine-game road trip amid pitching woes, with Jose Berrios, Shane Bieber, and Trey Yesavage on IL, contributing to their sluggish 3.80 runs per game. Home-field edge and superior early form tilt trader consensus toward Milwaukee, though Jays' desperation and bullpen vulnerabilities heighten upset risk.
