Funa Kozaki and Eunji Lee, both 25-year-old players ranked outside the top 1,000, meet in qualifying at the ITF W15 Tianjin 4 on hard courts. Kozaki holds a 1-0 head-to-head edge after a straight-sets win over Lee in W35 Taipei qualifying on the same surface in June 2024. Recent form for both remains limited at this level, with sparse results available from the 2026 season and no confirmed injuries or withdrawals affecting either player. The matchup features two competitors navigating the Asian ITF circuit, where consistent hard-court exposure and qualifying experience often determine advancement in low-prize events. Market pricing reflects trader assessment of these narrow edges in a closely contested early-round encounter.
