Fanming Meng and Yunseong Chung meet in the ITF M15 Tianjin 2 on outdoor hard courts with nearly identical ATP rankings near 1050-1085 and no prior head-to-head record. The 18-year-old Chinese left-hander Meng enters after a straight-sets win over Yuki Mochizuki in the opening round, though his recent form shows inconsistency with just two victories in his last five matches. Chung, a 28-year-old with slightly more professional experience, holds mixed results across recent outings. Home-soil scheduling for Meng and the low-level tournament context emphasize baseline consistency and physical resilience on the fast hard surface as key differentiators for traders assessing implied probabilities.
