Madaras enters the M15 Arad semifinal on clay holding a clear experience and ranking edge over 19-year-old Sciahbasi, with a career-high ATP ranking near 191 and current standing around 600 compared to Sciahbasi’s 1312. The Swedish-Romanian has shown stronger recent form by advancing comfortably through earlier rounds, while Sciahbasi, still building results on the ITF circuit, faces a steep step up in opponent quality. Clay favors baseline consistency and endurance, areas where Madaras’s higher-level background provides an advantage. Their limited or nonexistent head-to-head leaves the outcome dependent on current match fitness and surface adaptation in this low-prize-money event.
