This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed team is determined as the champion of the Greek Basketball League. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed participant to be named as the champion of Greek Basketball League per the rules of Greek Basketball League (e.g., participant is eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No". If multiple teams are declared winners, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically. If this event is cancelled, postponed after June 7, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or a champion has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source will be official information from the Greek Basketball League; however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Olympiacos Piraeus clinched the Stoiximan Basket League regular-season title with a perfect 21-0 record, capping it with a 101-94 road victory over archrival Panathinaikos Athens on March 30 that boosted their momentum heading into playoffs. Panathinaikos, finishing 17-5 and 4.5 games back despite recent losses including that derby defeat, holds strong trader consensus at 47% implied probability due to their playoff pedigree, Greek Cup triumph over Olympiacos in February, and split head-to-head results amid shared Euroleague commitments. Quarterfinals begin today with top seeds facing lower-ranked foes like Peristeri or Mykonos BC in best-of formats, keeping the championship race tight as home-court advantage and fatigue from international play could spark upsets, while trailing teams like AEK Athens and PAOK Thessaloniki lurk at slim odds.
