Alevtina Ibragimova faces Denislava Glushkova in the round of 16 at the W35 Nice ITF event on outdoor clay, where Ibragimova enters as the higher-ranked player (WTA 318 versus 460) with stronger recent results on the surface. She advanced from the first round with a 7-6(6), 6-3 victory over Berta Bonardi and posted solid clay-court wins in May events, including against Zhibek Kulambayeva. Glushkova has recorded qualifier successes and a three-set win in late May but dropped her most recent completed match. The pair has no prior head-to-head record, leaving current form, ranking differential, and clay-court experience as the main drivers of trader consensus on implied probabilities for the outright winner.
