Julie Štruplová and Francesca Curmi meet in the final of the ITF W50 Portorož on clay, with the Czech holding a narrow ranking edge near 310 compared to Curmi’s position around 400. Struplova leads their head-to-head 1-0 after a straight-sets clay-court win in 2024, and recent results show her maintaining stronger momentum through consistent victories on the surface. Curmi reached the final via solid performances in earlier rounds but faces a stylistic matchup against an opponent with proven success in similar conditions. Both players bring solid recent form into the title match, where experience in ITF finals and adaptation to the slow clay could prove decisive.
