This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed team finishes 3rd in the final standings of the 2026-27 Ligue 1 season. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". In the event of a tie, this market will resolve to the team officially recognized by Ligue 1 as finishing in third place. If multiple teams are officially awarded third place, the market will resolve to the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically. If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to finish 3rd in the 2026-27 Ligue 1 season, the market will resolve to "No". If the 2026-27 Ligue 1 season is cancelled, postponed after June 30, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no 3rd place team declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The primary resolution source will be official information from Ligue 1. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The 2026-27 Ligue 1 campaign opens with PSG established as overwhelming title favorites, leaving an unusually deep and competitive group chasing European qualification spots including third place. Lens enter with momentum after defeating PSG in the Trophée des Champions and strong recent form, while Lille aim to build on last season’s podium finish under new coach Davide Ancelotti. Lyon, Marseille, Monaco, and Rennes feature in most projections as realistic contenders, supported by squad depth and managerial continuity despite summer transfers and fixture congestion from Champions League participation. Promoted sides such as Troyes and Le Mans sit near the bottom in early models. With no dominant challenger and results from the opening matchweeks still pending, trader pricing reflects broad uncertainty across the mid-to-upper table.
