In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by NBA rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 NBA Playoffs are cancelled, postponed after June 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from the NBA; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Toronto Raptors forward Brandon Ingram, fresh off being named Eastern Conference Player of the Week in the regular season's final frame after his midseason trade from New Orleans, shares 36.5% implied probability for Eastern Conference Finals MVP with New York Knicks center Karl-Anthony Towns, highlighting trader consensus on their teams' paths through the loaded East playoff bracket. The Pistons (No. 1 seed, led by Cade Cunningham at 18%) face the No. 8 play-in winner, while Celtics stars Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown (21.5% and 20%) hold the No. 2 seed versus No. 7; Knicks (No. 3) draw Hawks, and Cavaliers-Donovan Mitchell (No. 4 vs. No. 5 Raptors) round out potent first-round tilts. This parity among top seeds, bolstered by healthy rosters and strong regular-season finishes, keeps the market bunched without a clear frontrunner ahead of April 18 tipoff.
