Trader focus has now shifted to the franchise’s next original episodes, primarily the animated spin-off **Tales From ‘85**, which Netflix renewed for Season 2 with new installments slated for fall 2026. Additional near-term developments include the July 14, 2026, release of the official Season 5 script book and the January 2026 making-of documentary, both of which sustain fan engagement without delivering new live-action footage. Market sentiment centers on whether any new episode drops before year-end, influenced by Netflix’s pattern of staggered drops for high-profile titles, historical release timelines, and the platform’s broader 2026 content slate. Upcoming catalysts include potential Tudum-style announcements or trailer drops that could clarify exact timing and move implied probabilities.
