Tomáš Portlík leads the market at 64.5% as the SPOLU coalition (ODS and TOP 09) candidate, drawing on his role as Prague 9 mayor, ODS first vice-chair since January 2026, and a candidate list heavy with experienced local mayors focused on housing, transport, and schools. The outgoing SPOLU-STAN-Pirates coalition under Bohuslav Svoboda ends its term, positioning Portlík’s bloc as the strongest contender ahead of the October 9-10, 2026 municipal elections. Petr Hlaváček (STAN) at 15.5% and Adam Scheinherr (Praha sobě coalition) at 12.5% trail due to narrower party bases and less consolidated local networks. Lower probabilities for ANO’s Jan Hušbauer, Pirates’ Tereza Nislerová, Motorists’ Klára Sovová, and others reflect fragmented opposition support and limited recent polling momentum. Candidate lists finalized in August, with ANO replacing its original leader, have stabilized the field without major shifts in the final month.
