This market will resolve in favor of the player that finishes Week 2 of the 2026-27 NFL regular season with the most rushing touchdowns. Only games designated by the NFL as Week 2 of the 2026-27 regular season count. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve in favor of the tied player with more rushing yards in Week 2 of the 2026-27 NFL regular season. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve in favor of the player with a higher yards per carry average in Week 2 of the 2026-27 NFL regular season. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve to "Other". If Week 2 of the 2026-27 NFL regular season is shortened or truncated for any reason, the outcome shall be determined using available NFL statistics for completed games. If Week 2 of the 2026-27 NFL regular season is cancelled, postponed past October 7, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or it is unclear which player led the NFL in rushing touchdowns within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source for this market will be official information from the NFL; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Early in the 2026 NFL season, the Week 2 rushing touchdowns leader market remains tightly bunched because only one game has been played for most teams, leaving goal-line opportunities and red-zone usage highly variable across backfields. Multiple running backs share carries in committees, and short-yardage work often rotates based on game script, injuries, or coaching decisions rather than established hierarchy. Recent roster moves, training camp depth charts, and Week 1 snap counts show no dominant rusher pulling away, while weather, matchup difficulty, and potential rest for veterans add further unpredictability. The wisdom of crowds reflected in the clustered probabilities underscores how quickly a single score or vulture touchdown can shift the leaderboard after just two weeks.
