The primary resolution source will be the official results published by the PGA TOUR website (https://www.pgatour.com/korn-ferry-tour).The Simmons Bank Open at Vanderbilt Legends Club’s North Course opens with a stacked Korn Ferry Tour Finals field featuring points leaders such as Ross Steelman, Doc Redman, and Ian Holt competing for a $1.5 million purse on a par-70 layout measuring roughly 7,190 yards. Albatross probability sits near even because the event spans four rounds and nearly 150 players, creating repeated opportunities on any reachable par-5s, yet such scores remain exceptionally rare and require precise long-iron or fairway-wood approaches under typical scoring conditions. Mild early-September weather in Franklin, Tennessee, with temperatures near 80°F and light winds, supports aggressive play without extreme scoring barriers, while the developmental-tour field mixes proven ball-strikers capable of capitalizing on setup with others prioritizing steady positioning. Late-round momentum swings, pin placements on long par-5s, or any confirmed reachable holes could shift implied probabilities quickly, as could conservative approaches if standings tighten heading into the weekend.
