This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed team is relegated from Premier League at the conclusion of the 2026-27 Premier League season. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Official relegation is defined as a team losing its place in Premier League for the following season through their final standing in the 2026-27 Premier League, via relegation playoff defeat, or by any other official league decision recognized by Premier League. If the 2026-27 Premier League season is cancelled, postponed after June 30, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or there are no teams confirmed for relegation within that timeframe, the corresponding market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source will be official announcements from Premier League. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The three newly promoted sides—Hull City, Coventry City, and Ipswich Town—dominate trader consensus for the bottom three spots due to the persistent gap in squad depth, physical intensity, and underlying metrics between the Championship and Premier League. Preseason models and bookmakers consistently assign the highest relegation probabilities to this trio, with Hull viewed as the clearest candidate after limited top-flight experience and modest summer reinforcement. Early 2026-27 results, including Hull’s opening win over Manchester United and Ipswich’s victory at Sunderland, offer short-term optimism but align with historical patterns where promoted clubs often start brightly before facing fixture difficulty and injury attrition. Established sides such as Sunderland, Nottingham Forest, Fulham, and Crystal Palace carry secondary risk from squad turnover, managerial transitions, and potential second-season regression, though their experience provides clearer survival pathways than the newcomers.
