Esport BERG enters the ESL Challenger League Season 52 Europe Cup #5 Group D opener with a roster featuring KiMaRR, Rezst, and Askan, drawing on recent regional experience including a DACH CS Masters final appearance and ESEA Main success earlier in 2026, though they have shown inconsistency against higher-VRS sides and roster adjustments. Azuolas, a lower-profile entrant ranked around the mid-100s in European standings, brings limited public form data into the best-of-three, creating a matchup where map pool execution, CT/T-side conversions on standard pools like Ancient and Inferno, and individual firepower will likely decide advancement. The cup's GSL group format places early pressure on both squads to secure wins for playoff positioning, with BERG's prior online LAN exposure potentially providing a slight edge in adapting to the online European environment.

In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.
