Kevin Doets enters this Players Championship matchup as the clear favorite, reflected in the 80.5% implied probability. The established Dutch pro has compiled a strong 2026 floor record, including recent wins over Chris Landman and qualification for the World Series of Darts Finals via victories averaging in the low-to-mid 90s. Doets maintains consistent scoring and checkout efficiency across Euro Tour and ProTour events. In contrast, young German debutant Yorick Hofkens holds a Tour Card only since early 2026 and sits outside the top 130 in rankings, with limited high-level experience and recent results showing vulnerability against seasoned opponents. No reported injuries affect either player, and the experience gap plus Doets’ superior recent form underpin the market pricing.
