Jay Clarke holds a clear edge over Giorgio Tabacco in the M25 Caltanissetta second-round clash on clay, driven by a large ATP ranking gap (251 versus 815) and greater overall experience at this level. Clarke, the top seed, enters after a straight-sets first-round win and maintains a 1-0 head-to-head record against Tabacco from their 2023 clay encounter. Tabacco, an Italian player, advanced past Petros Tsitsipas but faces a sizable step up in competition. Both competitors have shown recent activity on the surface, yet Clarke’s stronger recent results and higher ranking position him as the consensus favorite in trader pricing for this ITF event.
