The ITF W100 Sumter final on outdoor hard courts pits 16-year-old Russian Kristina Liutova against American Reese Brantmeier. Liutova arrives with stronger recent momentum, including a W100 title at Indian Harbour Beach and a 20-3 record in 2026 that supports her WTA ranking near 312. Brantmeier, the 21-year-old UNC standout and 2025 NCAA singles champion ranked around 411-421, has advanced steadily through the draw with recent ITF wins but lacks comparable pro-level results this season. The pair has no prior head-to-head meetings. Liutova’s youth, consistency, and ranking edge shape the matchup against Brantmeier’s college pedigree and home-soil familiarity on the hard surface.
