This market will resolve to “Yes” if Victoria Chun ceases to be the Athletic Director at Yale University for any length of time between market creation and June 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. An announcement of Victoria Chun’s resignation or firing before the market’s end date will immediately resolve this market to “Yes”, regardless of when the announced resignation or firing goes into effect. This market’s primary resolution source will be official information from Yale University and/or Victoria Chun; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Trader consensus heavily favors Vicky Chun remaining Yale's athletic director through June 30, 2026, with "No" implying 89.5% probability amid recent controversy but no institutional action. Retired men's hockey coach Keith Allain's March 24 letter to President Maurine McInnis accused Chun of fostering a "toxic environment" and "culture of fear," labeling her dishonest and self-centered—claims amplified by Fox News and Yale Daily News. However, Yale has issued no response, investigation, or leadership transition announcements, while recently hiring deputy AD Anthony Henderson, Sr., signaling continuity. Absent escalation like additional coach complaints, NIL disputes, or poor Ivy League standings, her tenure appears secure despite the backlash.
