Sofia Polcanova enters the WTT Contender Zagreb women's singles matchup against 20-year-old South Korean Na-Yeong Kim as the overwhelming favorite, with traders assigning her a near-100% implied probability. Polcanova's greater experience at the international level, including European titles and consistent deep runs in WTT events, underpins the consensus, alongside her proven ability to handle pressure in best-of-five formats against younger opponents. Kim, ranked in a similar range, shows promise with strong doubles results but lacks comparable singles pedigree in senior competition. Potential disruptions remain limited to late injuries, withdrawals, or an uncharacteristic off-day for the Austrian left-hander, though historical patterns in similar WTT R32 clashes strongly favor the veteran.
