Jesper de Jong's higher ATP ranking (around No. 160) and consistent clay-court form drive the 64% implied probability over Edas Butvilas (No. 430) in their Alicante Challenger matchup. De Jong enters with a 7-3 record over his last 10 clay matches, including quarterfinal runs in recent European Challengers, while Butvilas has struggled at 4-6, dropping early in qualifiers here. No injuries reported for either, but de Jong holds a rest edge after a straight-sets win yesterday versus Butvilas's three-set grinder. Head-to-head is unplayed, yet de Jong's superior serve hold (82% vs. 71%) and baseline aggression suit the slow Alicante clay, aligning with trader consensus on his experience edge.
