Taro Daniel's edge as the higher-ranked player at No. 115 enters this Morelos Challenger round of 16 clash on hard courts against No. 432 Andres Andrade, anchoring the 59.5% implied probability from traders. Daniel's steady recent form includes a quarterfinal run last week in Mexico and a 6-4 win over a qualifier here, showcasing his baseline reliability and serve hold percentage above 85%. Andrade, a local wildcard riding qualifier momentum with upsets over lower seeds, faces a stylistic mismatch against Daniel's superior return game, where no head-to-head exists but Daniel dominates similar lower-ranked foes historically. No injuries reported for either, though Andrade's fatigue from three matches could tilt rest advantage to the Japanese veteran.
