Tirante's superior ATP ranking (around No. 90) and greater experience on the hard courts of the Miami Open qualifiers anchor his 72.5% implied probability as trader consensus favorite against the rising 17-year-old Spaniard Landaluce (No. 210). Recent form bolsters this: Tirante reached the quarters at a Challenger event last week, showing solid baseline play and serve efficiency, while Landaluce impressed in juniors but struggled in recent ATP-level qualifiers with a 1-3 record over hard courts. No reported injuries for either, but Tirante's head-to-head edge in similar matchups against young prospects, plus better stamina in three-setters, drives sentiment toward his advancement amid Miami's humid conditions favoring veterans.
