Durham and Yorkshire enter this North Group T20 Blast clash with strong early-season momentum, both unbeaten after two wins. Durham sit atop the table thanks to disciplined bowling from Callum Parkinson, Ben Raine and Matthew Potts that has kept opponents to modest totals, supported by aggressive starts from Alex Lees and Graham Clark. Yorkshire have shown chase resilience through lower-order contributions and momentum from back-to-back victories, with Jonny Bairstow and Moeen Ali providing batting firepower despite some bowling inconsistencies. Recent head-to-head results favor Durham, while Riverside conditions typically produce 165-170 totals. Weather, any late squad adjustments, and powerplay execution remain the primary variables ahead of the evening fixture.

DLS/DRS, over-rate penalties, forfeit/walkover, or any other on-field ruling that leads the competition to declare a winner are treated as ordinary wins.
