This market will resolve to the temperature range that contains the highest temperature recorded by NOAA at the Vnukovo International Airport in degrees Celsius on 22 Jul '26. The resolution source for this market will be information from NOAA, specifically the highest reading under the "Temp" column for all times on this day, available here: https://www.weather.gov/wrh/timeseries?site=UUWW To toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius, click the "Switch to Metric Units" button until the relevant table displays °C. This market can not resolve until the first data point for the following date has been published on the resolution source. The resolution source for this market measures temperatures to whole degrees Celsius (eg, 9°C). Thus, this is the level of precision that will be used when resolving the market. Revisions to temperatures recorded within this market's timeframe will be considered until the first datapoint for the following date has been published, after which any alterations will not be considered.Latest ensemble forecasts from global models indicate Moscow's July 22 high temperature will likely peak in the low-to-mid 20s Celsius, driving the tight clustering of market-implied odds around 22–24°C. Primary drivers include a transitional high-pressure system over central Russia that limits strong advection of warmer air from the south while allowing partial cloud cover and moderate winds to moderate daytime heating. Model runs show modest spread due to uncertainty in exact timing of a weak frontal passage, with historical July climatology for the region centering near 23–25°C. Traders are weighting the latest 48-hour guidance heavily, as small shifts in cloud cover or boundary-layer moisture could easily push the outcome across the narrow thresholds separating the leading probabilities.
