Azuma Visaya and Alexander Chang, both American ITF-level players, meet on outdoor hard courts at the ITF M15 Bali event. Visaya, ranked near 1514 with a career-high of 1379, brings recent match experience from June 2026 qualifiers and college competition at Hawaii, where he posted strong singles results on the top court. Chang, primarily a doubles specialist with a career-high ranking of 1194, has shown limited recent singles activity and mixed results in prior ITF M15 stops, including a first-round win in Bali during the 2025 edition. Key variables include serve consistency, return effectiveness on the faster hard surface, and any late injury or travel factors typical at this level. The matchup pits Visaya’s broader recent activity against Chang’s doubles-honed net play.
