This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed team finishes 3rd in the final standings of the 2026-27 Swiss Super League season. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". In the event of a tie, this market will resolve to the team officially recognized by Swiss Super League as finishing in third place. If multiple teams are officially awarded third place, the market will resolve to the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically. If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to finish 3rd in the 2026-27 Swiss Super League season, the market will resolve to "No". If the 2026-27 Swiss Super League season is cancelled, postponed after June 30, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no 3rd place team declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The primary resolution source will be official information from Swiss Super League. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The Swiss Super League's structural parity among its 12 clubs fuels the tight 3rd-place market, with no team establishing clear separation after the opening weeks of the 2026-27 season. Young Boys lead the table on the back of defensive reinforcements and attacking output, while Lugano, Basel, St. Gallen, and Sion sit close behind on points and goal difference, reflecting mixed early results and inconsistent home/away form. Squad turnover during the extended Swiss transfer window, including arrivals at Lausanne-Sport and Lugano, plus ongoing adjustments at clubs like Thun and Servette, sustains uncertainty over which sides will sustain momentum through the split and championship round. This even distribution of implied probabilities captures the league's history of volatile mid-table outcomes.
