Rafael Leão’s expressed desire to exit AC Milan after their missed Champions League qualification has opened the door for a summer move, with the club now willing to sell the Portuguese winger for €50-70 million. Turkish sides Fenerbahçe and Beşiktaş have made the most concrete approaches, discussing salaries and structures, which explains their elevated implied probabilities in the market. Scattered Premier League interest from Arsenal, Liverpool, and Manchester United, alongside Barcelona links, has spread trader attention across multiple clubs without a dominant frontrunner. This competitive landscape, featuring no advanced negotiations with any single destination, keeps probabilities tightly bunched around several viable options heading into the transfer window.
