Nikola Bartunkova's edge as the 57% implied probability favorite stems from her superior recent hard-court form, including a strong run to the quarterfinals in last week's WTA 125 Guadalajara and a win over a higher-ranked opponent in Indian Wells qualifying. Viktorija Golubic, the more experienced 35-year-old Swiss at No. 114, has struggled lately with early exits in recent challengers and a first-round loss in Indian Wells qualies, showing dip in serve reliability on fast surfaces. No reported injuries for either, but head-to-head inexperience favors Bartunkova's aggressive baseline game and youth (19) against Golubic's fading consistency, aligning with trader consensus on momentum in Miami Open qualifiers.
