Marvin Harrison Jr. enters his third NFL season with the Arizona Cardinals fully healthy after a 2025 campaign limited to 12 games and 41 receptions due to multiple injuries including a concussion, appendicitis, and foot issues. New head coach and play-caller Mike LaFleur has designated the former fourth-overall pick as the primary X-receiver in a scheme modeled after Davante Adams usage, emphasizing red-zone targets and increased motion to leverage Harrison’s route-running skills. He has worked ahead of Michael Wilson in early camp drills and faces competition for targets from tight end Trey McBride and the returning Wilson, who posted a 1,000-yard season in 2025. With veteran Jacoby Brissett under center and a Week 1 matchup against the Chargers, Harrison’s total receptions will hinge on maintaining availability across 17 games and securing a larger share of the passing game in Arizona’s revamped offense.
