JPMorgan's September 10 upgrade to Overweight with an $820 price target highlighted progress on frontier models like Muse Spark and new AI-driven growth beyond advertising. Solid Q2 revenue growth of 28% year-over-year and a new quarterly dividend further support trader confidence, though elevated AI infrastructure spending and recent legal charges remain in focus. With Meta Connect scheduled later in the month, near-term price action on September 16 will likely hinge on continued positive AI sentiment and broader market moves.
