**Clavicular (Braden Eric Peters), the 20-year-old Kick streamer known for “looksmaxxing” content, faces an 84% market-implied probability of avoiding prison time.** Recent court resolutions explain the strong trader consensus. In the most prominent case, Florida authorities charged him with a misdemeanor for unlawfully discharging a firearm after a March 2026 livestream showed him and another influencer firing at a dead alligator in the Everglades. On May 15, 2026, he pleaded no contest and received six months of probation, 20 hours of community service, and a firearms safety course—explicitly avoiding jail under the plea agreement. Earlier misdemeanor battery charges tied to a February fight were not pursued to felony level, and separate Arizona forgery and drug-related counts from a February arrest were dropped by prosecutors for lack of conviction likelihood. No active felony proceedings remain that historically result in incarceration for similar influencer cases, and the proximity of these outcomes to the current date reinforces the market’s assessment that prison is improbable absent new charges.

This market will remain open through December 31, 2026 or until Clavicular is sentenced to time in jail/prison, regardless of any initial sentencing that does not include prison. Any sentencing will qualify, regardless of subsequent appeals or changes to the sentence.
Civil lawsuits, regulatory actions, administrative complaints, investigations without charges, internal employment actions, or public accusations without the filing of criminal charges will not qualify, even if widely reported or described colloquially as “charges.”
If at any point all charges against Clavicular for all criminal cases are dropped for whatever reason, due to a plea agreement without an admission of guilt, a dismissal, or any other situation in which no judgement is rendered or will be rendered by the court, this market will resolve to "No".
The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the US government and law enforcement; however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
