Matthew Dellavedova enters the ITF M15 Maanshan hard-court quarterfinal as the clear market favorite, reflecting his ATP ranking near 376 and strong recent form with straight-set victories over lower-ranked opponents in the same event. Aoran Wang, a Chinese wildcard ranked outside the top 900, benefits from local support and a solid run to this stage but faces a significant gap in experience and consistency. Both players have navigated the draw effectively on the outdoor hard surface, with no reported injuries or withdrawals altering the field. Dellavedova’s recent results across comparable M15 tournaments underscore his edge in baseline rallies and serve reliability, while Wang’s path includes competitive wins that keep upset potential alive in a best-of-three format.
