Elena Milovanovic holds the edge in this ITF W75 first-round clay-court matchup in Kursumlijska Banja due to her higher WTA ranking of 493 compared to Valeriya Strakhova's 545 and stronger recent singles results on the circuit. The 25-year-old Serbian has posted multiple wins in prior events, including strong performances leading into this tournament, while the 30-year-old Ukrainian has shown inconsistent form with a mix of victories and losses. No prior head-to-head exists between the players, making recent momentum and clay-court adaptation key variables. Both competitors bring ITF-level experience, but Milovanovic's current trajectory positions her as the consensus favorite in trader pricing, though Strakhova's veteran presence offers realistic upset potential on any given day.
