Yi-Tian Yeh enters this WTT Contender Skopje women's singles matchup as the clear favorite due to her substantially higher world ranking near the top 40 and proven consistency against mid-tier opponents. The 18-year-old from Chinese Taipei has shown strong recent form in international events, leveraging superior attacking play and experience that outpaces Charlotte Lutz's profile as a French player ranked in the low 50s. Traders reflect this gap in the near-certain implied probability, consistent with historical patterns where higher-ranked players dominate similar draws. While upsets remain possible in table tennis through variables like momentum shifts or minor fitness issues, no confirmed injuries, withdrawals, or scheduling disruptions alter the established positioning ahead of the round-of-32 contest.
