Recent polling for Israel's October 27, 2026 Knesset election consistently projects Likud at 21–27 seats, down from its current 32 (or 36 including the New Hope merger). This reflects sustained erosion of support amid voter fatigue from prolonged security challenges, coalition strains over ultra-Orthodox conscription, and competition from opposition lists including Yashar and Beyachad. Multiple surveys from late July and August place the Netanyahu-led right-wing bloc below the 61-seat majority threshold, while the party’s own primaries drew low turnout around 53–54% amid internal list disputes. These dynamics have produced a broad trader consensus that Likud will finish with fewer mandates than it holds today.
