Early-season results in the 2026–27 Niké Liga have produced a tightly bunched leaderboard, with DAC Dunajská Streda, MŠK Žilina, and Spartak Trnava each posting strong records through nine matches while ŠK Slovan Bratislava sits fourth after mixed league form and European commitments. DAC leads or shares the top with an unbeaten run and prolific attack featuring players like Ammar Ramadan and Matej Trusa. Žilina and Trnava have matched that pace through consistent results, while Slovan’s rotation demands and recent draws or losses have kept the title race open. With the regular stage still unfolding before the championship group split, traders see comparable paths for multiple clubs to secure second place behind any eventual leader.

If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed participant to finish as runner-up of Slovak Niké Liga for the 2026-27 season per the rules of Slovak Niké Liga (e.g., the participant is eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No".
If multiple teams are declared as second-place finishers, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If this event is cancelled, postponed after July 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or a runner-up has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other".
The resolution source will be official information from the Slovak Niké Liga; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
