Ella Langley’s “Choosin’ Texas” stands as the clear frontrunner in the CMA Single of the Year market, backed by its record-shattering run atop the Billboard Hot 100, including 22 non-consecutive weeks at No. 1, and its sweep of Single and Song of the Year at the 2026 ACM Awards. The track’s crossover appeal, massive streaming numbers, and status as 2026’s top summer song have solidified trader consensus around its momentum heading into the November ceremony. Other nominees, including Langley’s own “Be Her,” Lainey Wilson’s “Somewhere Over Laredo,” Cody Johnson’s “The Fall,” and Taylor Swift’s “I Knew It, I Knew You,” sit at far lower implied probabilities, reflecting their solid but comparatively narrower chart peaks and fewer precursor victories. The November 18 CMA Awards remain the key resolution date.
