The Japanese player, ranked near 473, has shown consistent baseline aggression and improved movement on outdoor hard. Hanna Chang, the higher-ranked American at approximately 329 with a 22-11 ledger, brings greater experience and a career-high of 169 but has posted mixed ITF results lately, including a prior loss in W100 Wuning. No prior head-to-head exists, so surface familiarity, current form, and serving reliability on the fast hard courts will likely decide the outcome in what shapes up as a competitive lower-tier contest.
