This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed team is relegated from Premier League at the conclusion of the 2026-27 Premier League season. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Official relegation is defined as a team losing its place in Premier League for the following season through their final standing in the 2026-27 Premier League, via relegation playoff defeat, or by any other official league decision recognized by Premier League. If the 2026-27 Premier League season is cancelled, postponed after June 30, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or there are no teams confirmed for relegation within that timeframe, the corresponding market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source will be official announcements from Premier League. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The three newly promoted sides—Hull City, Coventry City, and Ipswich Town—dominate early trader focus for the 2026-27 Premier League relegation market, reflecting the typical challenges promoted clubs face against established Premier League squads. Hull, who secured promotion via the playoffs despite underlying defensive vulnerabilities, lead as the clearest favorite, followed closely by Ipswich and Coventry. Sunderland, fresh off a strong seventh-place finish and European qualification last season, appear next at risk due to potential second-season struggles and fixture congestion. Established sides such as Fulham, Crystal Palace, and Leeds carry lower but notable probabilities amid managerial changes, squad turnover, and the need for strong early form to avoid a drop zone battle. Historical patterns show promoted teams often struggle immediately, though late-season momentum and key results can shift outcomes rapidly.
