Canva’s most recent priced secondary transaction established a $42 billion valuation in August 2025, following an increase from $37 billion earlier that summer, amid $3.5–4 billion in annualized recurring revenue and 265 million monthly active users. Trader focus centers on whether revenue growth, recently downgraded from 30% to 20% for 2026 due to elevated AI infrastructure costs, and continued AI feature adoption can support multiple expansion before year-end resolution. The company’s IPO timeline has shifted to 2027, removing a near-term public market catalyst, while comparable multiples from Figma’s post-IPO trading and Adobe’s forward revenue multiple provide benchmarks for private-market repricing. Secondary liquidity events and any further tender offers in the coming months remain the primary drivers of valuation updates through December.
