This market will resolve according to the team that wins the 2027 AFC Asian Cup. If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed team to win the 2027 AFC Asian Cup per the rules of the AFC (e.g., they are eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No". If the 2027 AFC Asian Cup is cancelled, postponed after February 19, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The primary resolution source will be official information from the AFC; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The AFC Asian Cup 2027 field remains tightly bunched because multiple national teams share comparable squad depth, recent international form, and qualification momentum heading into the Saudi-hosted tournament. Iran leads trader consensus on the strength of its experienced core and consistent results in AFC competitions, yet Japan, South Korea, Australia, and Saudi Arabia sit close behind due to their established European-based players, tactical discipline, and historical semifinal or final appearances. Mid-tier sides such as Uzbekistan, Iraq, and Jordan benefit from improved youth pipelines and recent World Cup exposure that narrows the gap. Ongoing qualifiers, roster changes, and the absence of any dominant standout after the 2026 global finals keep implied probabilities clustered, reflecting broad uncertainty over which contender will peak in January 2027.
